AUTUMN COCKTAILS TO TRY THIS FALL

This is the season of bringing people together. And no gathering would be complete without some comforting flavors of fall. We have put together a small list of cocktails, that are sure to impress your guests this season. Because it’s been too long since you’ve seen them. 

 

Pumpkin Spice White Russian 

Coffee and pumpkin spice are a match made in autumn heaven. If you need a break from lattes, give the Pumpkin Spice White Russian a try! It’s a delicious boozy spin on your favorite fall drink! Recipe courtesy of The Cookie Rookie! 

 For the Drink 

3 ounces (2 shot glasses) good quality vodka 

3 ounces (2 shot glasses) pumpkin spice creamer 

1.5 ounces (1 shot glass) Kahlua 

Whipped Cream and pumpkin pie spice for garnish 

For the Rim 

1 teaspoon pumpkin pie spice 

1 teaspoon sugar or sparkling sugar 

3 tablespoons crushed graham crackers 

Instructions 

Mix pumpkin pie spice, sugar, and crushed graham crackers on a plate. Dip the rim of your glasses in water and then into the graham cracker mix to coat. 

 Add vodka, pumpkin spice creamer, and coffee liqueur into a cocktail shaker filled with ice. Shake to combine. 

 Pour the Pumpkin White Russian Cocktail into rimmed glasses, and top with whipped cream and pumpkin pie spice to serve! 

 

Autumn Harvest Fall Sangria  

 The fall season is not only about pumpkins. This Autumn Harvest Fall Sangria is loaded with delicious fall fruits. Make a big batch and share it at your next fall gathering. Recipe courtesy of Inspired by Charm
 

1 bottle light-bodied Spanish wine (I used Rioja.) 

2 cups apple cider 

1/2 cup pear – or apple brandy 

1/4 cup cinnamon simple syrup* 

1 Honeycrisp apple – cored and chopped 

1 green pear – cored and chopped 

1/2 orange – quartered and sliced 

Seeds from one pomegranate – about 1/2 cup 

3 or 4 cinnamon sticks 

 Instructions 

In a large pitcher, combine the wine, apple cider, brandy, cinnamon simple syrup, and fruits.  

Refrigerate at least 4 hours or overnight prior to serving. 

 

Pecan Pie Martini 

 Pecan Pie, it’s the unsung hero on the Thanksgiving table. Now it can be the hero your happy hour needs! Give these deliciously decadent cocktails a try today! Recipe courtesy of Delish. 

FOR GARNISH 

3 tbsp. caramel, microwaved until pourable 

1/4 c. toasted chopped pecans 

Cool Whip, for garnish 

3 whole pecans, for garnish 

Sprinkle of cinnamon, for garnish 

 FOR COCKTAIL 

6 oz. rumchata 

6 oz. creme de cocoa 

3 oz. bourbon 

Ice  

Instructions 

Place caramel and toasted chopped pecans on separate small shallow plates. Dip the rim of each glass first into caramel and then into chopped pecans to coat. 

Combine rumchata, creme de cocoa, and bourbon in a large cocktail shaker. Fill with ice and shake until cold, 30 seconds. Pour into martini glasses and top with a dollop of whipped cream, a whole pecan, and a sprinkle of cinnamon.

Cinnamon and sugar, for the rim 

Instructions
