Spring is flirting with us and some days are truly beautiful. If you are itching to get outside this Spring, we recommend a trip to Citygarden in downtown St. Louis.
This two-block span is full of interactive urban art. You can walk through and view the art completely for free. Contrary to many other urban sculptures, you can touch and climb on these pieces. It’s a great place to take young kids who have been stuck inside all winter. They will get to enjoy the art in the way they know-how.
The photo opportunities of this park are amazing. Not only are there free-standing structures but also water features. Make sure to pack your little ones a swimsuit as these are also available to play in. With warmer weather on the way, this is the perfect place to relax while the kids run off their energy in the large fields or in the fountains.
If you are worried about social distancing, this is the perfect place. There are large stretches of the area between the structures that will ensure your family is safe. We do recommend you still bring a mask and hand sanitizer to ensure your safety.
